The light in the Namib in March is not the light of next March. The ice that is blue in July is another blue by August. A date here is not a day: it is a window the earth opens once and closes without warning.
The places set these dates. We only arrive on time, with the van full and the doors open. Below, in order, from the nearest to the farthest.
Travels & Expeditions
Two weeks, a month, more: long enough for a country to change under your feet, far enough that the comfort of the usual trip stays behind. A base of comfort always waits at the end of the day.
Workshops & Events
Six days, give or take, and every one of them whole: arrival and departure are offered, never taken out of the work. A place, a small group, the light from first to last.
Meet the Model
Not a workshop: a photographic production. One to three days in a house or a hotel closed to everyone else and opened for us, with a professional crew behind the camera and the models in front of it.
